SotD - One Soul Thrust, Perfect Scream
One Soul Thrust have released their latest music video and Susan Omand thinks it's a Perfect Scream...
OK, I know, know. I keep going on about this Canadian rock band but I can't help it if they're really good can I? And this is what our occasional Song of the Day is for through the week - highlighting new music that you may not have heard.
Perfect Scream is the latest single from Hold the Vision, the new One Soul Thrust albumette (well, it's part one of a two part album, therefore not a standalone EP, so what would you call it?) and I can't really better what I said about the song before:
"Jag’s unique guitar sound takes centre stage for the opening to this one before Salem’s vocals kick in and the really hooky guitar riff carries throughout. You can’t help but move to this one."
You can read the rest of the album review here and now we get to watch Perfect Scream too. In the video that guitar Jag is playing is apparently a Strat that is signed by Glenn Hughes! And they look like they're having so much fun with the song that we'll not question the fact they look like they're filming in the middle of the roundabout of a housing estate cul-de-sac.
But it really does look like a perfect scream...
You can find the album on iTunes, CD Baby and Amazon
