As the poster says, Seven Sisters, One Identity. In a near future, a one-child policy has been imposed by the Government and is overseen by the Child Allocation Bureau (led by the suitably authoritarian Glenn Close.) However one father (yes, that's Willem Dafoe) has septuplets (all played by Noomi Rapace) to try and keep hidden from the Bureau, which they do successfully by only going out in public on the day of the week corresponding to their names. Clever eh? Until one Monday, Monday doesn't come home...
