Film - Downton Abbey

With the film hitting the big screens in the UK today, Focus Features have released a 10 minute recap of all that's happened so far in Downton Abbey...

Unless you have been living under a carefully placed rock in the impeccably manicured formal gardens, you'll know that the worldwide phenomenon Downton Abbey, becomes a grand motion picture event next week, as the beloved Crawleys and their intrepid staff prepare for the most important moment of their lives.

A royal visit from the King and Queen of England will unleash scandal, romance and intrigue that will leave the future of Downton hanging in the balance.

The film is written by series creator Julian Fellowes, directed by Michael Engler and stars the original cast.
